How is the Education system in Pakistan?

Education is the most basic and important part of the Human being and nation development.  Education system of every country takes place on first priorities than other functions or parts of any country. Education is the silent weapon to win the war in the present era. All under developing countries are concentrating on Education and they are growing day by day .In history if we examine of the mostly developed countries so we can say that they are just because of Education. You can study about the JAPAN victory history.

Education provides staff, uplifts public awareness & strengthens national unity.Education invites positive thinking & contractile change in the life. Due to Education we make our life meaningful & prosperous.

Education is the basic right to all children of PAKISTAN. According to Pakistan constitutional says:  “The government shall give free and basic education to all children from five to sixteen ages”.

The 1st word of the Holy Quran was IQRA and Our Holy Prophet (PBUH) said that “The Education is mandatory for men & women”.

Basically Pakistani education system is divided into five stages, Primary: Primary level is started from Class one to class five (87% Pakistani children Finnish primary school & Pakistani primary school or Pre-School education is consist on three stages Play Group, Nursery & KG), Middle: Middle level is started from Class Six to class Eight, High: High level is started from Class Nine to class ten, Intermediate: Intermediate level is started from Class Eleven to class Twelve. University: University level is consists of graduates and under graduates or other Diploma programs.

PAK is the developing country and there is not too much good system of education but Pakistani government try to improve and upgrading his education system but still there is a lot of problem in the education sector.  After passing 65 years we are still using old curriculum, old teaching technique & old teaching tools.

In Pakistan there is no proper institution for the preparation of teachers. Mostly schools, college & universities & other institution are closed due to lack of budget & lack of care. Our educational policies not run for the long time they are made just for the short time & by short term policies you can’t take long-term benefits. Mostly people of Pakistan are poor they cannot afford their child education. Students are drop out from the schools due poverty.

Pakistani government has not enough budgets for the improving education system that’s why there is no any change in the Pakistani education system. Only 3% of budget is allocated for the Education. It is very low and not full fills our educational requirements.  Most of budget is allocated on the defense due to security of the nation. Pakistan is badly trapped from the surrounded countries in the point of security of threat. That’s what Pakistan can’t increase his budget of Education But hope so after solving all the security threat Pakistani Education budget will be increase and every child of Pakistan get free education.

  1. Thanks for spreading awareness regarding educational amenities in Pakistan. I completely concur with you. Our country is already surrounded by terrorism and bad politics; we need to educate our generation so that the nation could start thinking differently. Our government needs to understand the importance of education especially for families that cannot afford. We have enough budget to educate millions of children but sadly all that money is being transferred to Swiss banks. For new schools struggling to survive, I would strongly recommend Archivist Pakistan. It may help you flourish in the education industry.
